K2M Enters Spinal Device Market in France

LEESBURG, VA … September 18, 2013K2M, Inc., the largest privately held spinal device company in the world focused on developing innovative solutions for the treatment of complex spinal pathologies and minimally invasive procedures, today announced at the Scoliosis Research Society’s (SRS) 48th Annual Conference in Lyon, France, that it has entered the spinal device market in France.  The first surgical case was performed by Dr. Christophe Garin at the Groupement hôpitaux Est., Hopital Femme, Mere, Enfant in Lyon, using the company’s MESA® Deformity Spinal System.
